My core services are built around my experience in running and growing agencies - where I learnt the most, added the most value and made the most difference. A decent chunk of this, but by no means all, revolves around clients and client service - in many respect, the beating heart of an agency.


NXD / Advisory
From strategy development all the way through to clients, client service, structure, processes, pricing, marketing, new business, commerciality - my NXD support encompasses it all. Oh, and running Board meetings too of course.
This is not just about the structure and discipline of 'Board' meetings, there's just as much done ad-hoc and over the phone.

Client Service Excellence
I worked for over 25 years in Client Service roles. Based on everything I've learnt this workshop programme is for agencies of all shapes and sizes, and for everyone not just those in client service roles. 3 separate workshops - 1 each for Onboarding, Retention and Growth.


Client Satisfaction Survey
Using a tried and tested survey format and process that I've developed and evolved over the last 5 years, the CSS covers creativity, strategic thinking, client service, delivery, and costs; and does so both quantitatively and qualitatively. All of which, without exception, give highly valuable insight and feedback for any agency.
High Performing
Teams
This one-off workshop is about how a team works together, how it delivers for clients, how it delivers for the agency and, in many respects, how easy or hard it is to just get stuff done. Typically agencies just don't have the time to look at themselves in this way and consider, identify and prioritise the things that are stopping them from being a high
performing team.
